1. Acceptance

By using GrowChart, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

GrowChart is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Growth charts and z-scores are educational tools only. Always consult a qualified paediatrician or healthcare professional for health concerns about your child.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the period end
• Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use GrowChart to store data for children you are not the legal guardian of, resell the service, or attempt to reverse-engineer the application.

5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We are not liable for decisions made based on the output of our growth calculations.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
